This hearth was made from 11 ga hot rolled steel. All of the sheets are sequential so all heat marks and grain align from piece to piece.

Barkitecture 2012
Dog house for Barkitecture 2012! Built in collaboration with team Balance, which included Balance architecture and Logans Hammer. Pivot was responsible for building the tennis ball wall, folding seats, and top planter. Image 3 shows the dog house installed at the winning bidders home by Mr. Dave Pelton.
Business card holder
Rough cut 3/4″ blackened steel with 3/8″ round spanner. No visible welds or fasteners.
Z bench
Small blackened steel bench/stool with brazillian cherry top planks. Rubber bumpers to prevent any floor damage.
Blackened steel speaker stands
Speaker stands with pivoting top shelf and adjustable middle shelf. Cable run holes in tube for speaker or power wires.
Blackened brass
Blackened brass tap handle for local brewery. Patina by Pivot. Handle cut by others.

Mortised hinge plates
These hinge plates are made from 3/8 hot rolled steel and left raw per the clients request. The steel was machined to allow the hinge face to sit flush with the surface.
